This training includes:

  • Reiki I: is a sacred initiation into self-healing.
    Learn to channel universal life force energy, balance your chakras, and connect with your intuition. This foundational course includes the Reiki principles, hand positions, and a 5 week integration journey. Receive your attunement and begin walking the path of the healer—with presence, power, and peace.

  • Reiki II: deepens your connection to energy and expands your healing across time and space.
    Learn the sacred Reiki symbols, how to send distance healing, and support others through emotional and energetic shifts. This level includes guided meditations, symbol integration, and deeper chakra work. Reiki II opens new dimensions in your practice—and in yourself.

Reiki Level I:

You will learn:

  • The history and principles of Usui Reiki

  • How to activate Reiki energy through breath and intention

  • Traditional hand positions for self-treatment

  • How to sense, clear, and balance your own energy field

  • A guided Reiki invocation meditation for personal practice

  • Chakra and color awareness

  • Your place in the Reiki lineage

  • The 5 week principle practice for integration

You’ll receive your Reiki I attunement—a sacred initiation that activates your connection to the Reiki current, passed down through an unbroken lineage. After this, you will carry Reiki with you for life.

Reiki Level II:

You will learn:

  • Receive the Reiki II attunement and activation of the sacred symbols

  • Learn how to send Reiki to loved ones, clients, past events, future intentions, ancestral healing, and collective energy fields

  • Deepen your understanding of the chakra system, vibrational healing, and energetic boundaries

  • Practice distance healing sessions using photos, proxies, and written intentions

  • Experience guided meditations and journaling prompts to embody each symbol

  • Continue your Reiki lineage journey with mentorship, feedback, and sacred space
