Your Guides
Teffi — Resonance of the Ancestors
Reiki Master‑Teacher, sound healer, ceremony weaver. Teffi blends Usui‑Tibetan Reiki and sound therapy, herbal wisdom, and ceremonies to help women remember their inherent wholeness.
Flavia — Beyond the Breath
A compassionate facilitator of breathwork for nervous system regulation and release, Flavia creates safe, heart‑centered containers for deep rest, clarity, and embodied empowerment.
Agreements & Care
We practice consent culture, confidentiality, and non‑judgment. This is a sober container during programming hours; please refrain from substances. We honor the land, our ancestors, and each other.
Accommodation Choice
Enjoy this 1-level resort- style private estate lakehouse in the mountains of Fallbrook on 19 acres. Soaring great room w/ stone fireplace w/ lake views from every window and glass doors. Chef Quality Kitchen w/ a spectacular water view, large built-in refrigerator and additional ice maker. Shared rooms with individual queen size beds.

19 acre lake house in Fallbrook California
Arrival time 5pm-7pm - Allow yourself to get settled in
Dinner will be provided on arrival day

Water, Tea & Fresh Fruit available all day
Fresh Meals provided 3 times a day (Dietary accommodations upon request)
Free time to go on Hiking trails, fishing, paddle boating, canoeing snorkeling, and rafts are right out the back doors
